Delivery Policy
At Blueflame Cookers, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only in locations where our delivery team can physically reach and deliver the product directly.
2. Orders Outside Our Delivery Coverage
For customers located outside our direct delivery coverage areas, full payment must be made before the product is dispatched. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before processing the order.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees vary depending on the customer's location and will be communicated before order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, delivery is not free.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the product upon delivery and confirm that it is in good condition before accepting it.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and quality control procedures, Blueflame Cookers does not generally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
1. Exchange Requests
Exchanges may only be considered within four (4) days from the date of delivery and only under the following circumstances:
The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect that was not caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
The product is unused and remains in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Issues resulting from improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once an order has been delivered and accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where Blueflame Cookers determines that a refund is the only reasonable solution to a verified issue.
4. Approval of Claims
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Blueflame Cookers. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
5. Warranty Claims
Products covered under the manufacturer's warranty should be handled through our warranty and service process rather than through the return process.
